Hong Kongers are enjoying BBQ at clean BBQ area. Some people pierce foods with BBQ forks and roast them directly on the fire and others roast foods on BBQ nets.

When you take a BBQ pit, place a BBQ net on the shelf established in the pit to prevent charcoal from being slipped down. And put charcoal on the net.

Next, set a fire. To make a fire, light the red part of BBQ fire starter and put the fire starter in the middle of charcoal. Blow some or make a wind by a fan and you can get a fire faster.

In case you want to roast foods on BBQ nets, get rid of the sharp end of 2 BBQ forks. And use them to put 2 BBQ nets together as seen on the photo.

Then, put the linked nets on the fire.

When you leave BBQ area, put all rubbish into the wastebasket prepared at the BBQ area. Wait for a while until the fire diminishes. Then, sprinkle water on the remnants of fire to be fully extinguished. You can also ask someone in need to use your BBQ pit before extinguishing. You can also give the remainder of charcoal to others. They will thank you much.
