On the ninth switchback is an old picnic table and near the eleventh switchback you get a taste of the chain-covered trail, which is odd but actually easier Islamabad Pakistan to walk on as opposed to avoiding it; and it helps prevent erosion. Views begin opening from the fourteenth switchback. Pass another picnic table on the Islamabad Pakistan sixteenth switchback (avoid short-cutting) as the trail becomes Islamabad Pakistan slightly overgrown along a traverse E. It’s 5 switchbacks more, a bit easier, N to the high ridge (holding several rocky summits) near another picnic table (less than 2 mi from the TH without Islamabad Pakistan Mountain).

Walk W on the undulating trail and stay right in the clearing at a viewpoint spur fork to traverse steep meadows NW toward the summit, finally dropping quite steeply to a small saddle before the final climb. Enjoy views and wildflowers from the saddle area, being careful. Then hike up the chain-covered trail cautiously, against the green hillside with the steepest pitch of the day—11 switchbacks to the very top, which is a railed-in flat area with a picnic bench. Take in the sights near and far from the old lookout site before descending, and return to enjoy the Natural Area at various times of the year.
